This quilt began as two entirely separate quilts. I wasn’t totally happy with either one, so I decided to combine them. If you look closely, you can see the center rectangular portion roughly defined by the black and white striped fabric. At one point that section was a single quilt top. The other quilt top was used as the 12" or so border.

My daughter gave me the title for this one. When she was 10 years old, and I was driving her to school, she remarked that she wished she could "rewind" her life. I thought that this was such an odd comment to come from a young child, but don’t we all wish at some point that we could do exactly that?
